應(yīng)用程序：

球形壓力測試儀用于測試非金屬材料零件的耐熱性。它適用于電工設(shè)備及其子組件和部件，以及除陶瓷外的固體電絕緣材料。

在該試驗(yàn)中，將經(jīng)過處理的試樣放置在預(yù)熱的支架上，并通過5mm鋼球施加20n的力。然后將試驗(yàn)臺、樣品和裝載裝置在高溫下的烘箱中保存一個(gè)小時(shí)。一小時(shí)后，將加載裝置從樣品中取出，冷卻樣品并測量任何壓痕。重要的是要確保試驗(yàn)臺已達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求的陳舊高溫。因此，球壓力測試儀配備了一個(gè)插入測試臺的熱電偶，以便監(jiān)測其溫度。。（熱電偶為可選配件）

基本介紹：

球壓儀/測試儀是要求球（R2.5mm）和總測試力為20N±0.2N的球壓測試裝置，壓力等級的狀態(tài)，并放置在加熱室的表面進(jìn)行測試。

在規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)溫度下60分鐘+2分鐘/0分鐘后，將試驗(yàn)快速（<10秒）浸入20°C±5°C的水中冷卻6分鐘±2分鐘，在壓痕直徑測量試驗(yàn)內(nèi)從水面移開3分鐘，由于壓痕直徑大于2mm，評價(jià)試驗(yàn)規(guī)定的熱變形溫度。

Ball Pressure Apparatus

Application:

Ball pressure tester is used for testing parts of non-metallic materials for resistance to heat.It is applicable to electro technical equipment,its sub-assemblies and  components,and to solid electrical insulating materials except ceramics.

In this test,a conditioned specimen is placed on a preheated support and subjected to a force of 20n applied through a 5 mm steel ball.The test stand,specimen and loading device are then kept in an oven at an elevated temperature for an hour.After the hour,the loading device is removed from the sample,the sample is cooled and any indentation is measured.It is important to assure that the test stand has reached a stale elevated temperature as required by the test.For this reason,the ball pressure tester comes equipped with a thermocouple that inserts into the test stand so its temperature can be monitored.. Basic introduction:

Ball Pressure Apparatus/Tester is the requirement ball (R2.5mm) and total test force 20N ± 0.2N ball pressure testing device,pressure level of the state and was placed in the heating chamber on the surface of the test.

In the test temperature specified by the after 60min +2 min/0min,the test quickly (<10s) immersed in 20 °C ± 5 °C water cooling 6min ± 2min,3min removed from the water surface within the indentation diameter measurement test, as the indentation is more than 2mm in diameter to evaluate the test specified in the heat deformation temperature.
